Terms of sale
The rules for buying and using a Kits by AI project kit.
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy a project kit from Kits by AI at www.kitsbyai.com. Kits by AI is run by Haseeb Sagheer, an independent developer based in Pakistan. By buying a kit you agree to these terms.
Who processes your payment
Payments are handled by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country, and sends your receipt. Your card details go to Polar and its payment provider, never to us.
What you are buying
A kit is a digital product: source code, written guides and a video walkthrough, delivered as downloadable files. The page you bought from describes what the kit contains. Prices are shown before you pay, and you pay once. There is no subscription.
Delivery
Right after payment, Polar emails you a link to your downloads, and the files stay available in your Polar customer portal at kitsbyai.com/download: enter the email you paid with and the code you receive. If you can't find them, email hello@kitsbyai.com from the address you paid with and we will sort it out.
What you may do with a kit
- Use, change and deploy the code for yourself, including under your own name.
- Show your deployed app and your changed code in your portfolio, resume, GitHub profile and job interviews.
- Use it to learn, for coursework where your institution allows it, and as the starting point of your own projects.
What you may not do
- Resell, share, upload or give away the kit itself (the code, guides or videos), free or paid, in whole or in large parts.
- Publish the kit's files in a public repository. Keep your copy of the code in a private repository; a live deployed app is fine.
- Present the kit's guides or videos as your own course or product.
Third-party services
The kits run on outside services such as Vercel, Supabase and the Gemini API. Their free tiers, limits and terms are set by those companies and can change. We don't control them and can't promise they will stay free.
No guarantee of results
A kit helps you build and explain a working project. It does not guarantee a job, an interview, a grade or any income. The software is provided as it is, without warranties beyond what the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on this page on the day you bought.
